Ancient Greeks considered hospitality to be the highest virtue of all and followed a ritual for every visiting foreigner. These principles framed by passion and love, led us to the creation of a series of four a la carte restaurants called “History of Greek Gastronomy” which aim to take a gastronomic journey of three thousand years in Greece for our friends. From the ancient Greece and Byzantine, to modern/contemporary Greek cuisine.
“One of the nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating.” – Luciano Pavarotti
DIONISOS
Dionysus was the god of the grape harvest, winemaking and wine, of ritual madness, fertility, theatre and religious ecstasy in ancient Greek religion and myth. The a la carte restaurant offers ancient Greek specialties and “provocative sweet bites” in a very elegant, classical setting that combines culinary delight with aesthetics.
