April to October

Ancient Greeks considered hospitality to be the highest virtue of all and followed a ritual for every visiting foreigner. These principles framed by passion and love, led us to the creation of a series of four a la carte restaurants called “History of Greek Gastronomy” which aim to take a gastronomic journey of three thousand years in Greece for our friends. From the ancient Greece and Byzantine, to modern/contemporary Greek cuisine.

One of the nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating.” – Luciano Pavarotti

Dionysus was the god of the grape harvest, winemaking and wine, of ritual madness, fertility, theatre and religious ecstasy in ancient Greek religion and myth. The a la carte restaurant offers ancient Greek specialties and “provocative sweet bites” in a very elegant, classical setting that combines culinary delight with aesthetics.

Resembling a Byzantine monastery arcade, in Hierion you will have the chance to eat and feel like a Byzantine Emperor! All dishes are created and inspired by cooking recipes found in texts of that period. Due to high demand (and limited seating), table reservation is required.

Lemoni, found by the pool, serves a more “specialized” selection of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.

The advisable option for nights in our roof garden. Chill-out music, impressive cocktails and finger food under the stars…
