In the especially designed area of the hotel, named “Cook and Eat Corner”, our guests have the opportunity to watch the whole process of a Greek pie-pita preparation. From the kneading to the traditional baking in a traditional stone oven, all is shown by local ladies. The different kinds of pies made by using natural ingredients such as flour, cheese, olive oil, vegetables, depending on the preferences of each guest. Of course, there is an interactive participation from the public, from the kneading to the baking and all the way to the delight of the pie, which has been for many years a staple food for the Greeks.
